PARTICIPANT INVITATION
DEAR FRIENDS AND SUPPORTERS,
The 207th anniversary commemoration of the Battle of the River Raisin will be held in Monroe, Michigan, on Saturday, January 18, 2020.
Due to projected construction at the Education Center, the ceremonies will be held at the Battlefield Visitor Center, 1403 E. Elm Ave., Monroe, MI 48162. The day will begin with mid-morning tactical or firing demonstrations, followed by ceremonies at the Visitor Center, and end with a mid-afternoon presentation at the Monroe County Historical Museum.Additional presentations will be given at the Visitor Center at 7p.m. on Friday evening and 9 a.m. on Saturday morning.
